Defective, damaged, or wrong items: if your item arrives defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we will pay the return shipping and give you a full refund.

Change-of-mind returns: if you simply changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive the item.
